The Dashboard is designed to complete the installation without any intervention by Literate Computing staff, but if someting is confusing, or goes wrong for any reason, someone is usually available during US-CDT business hours. Typical time is 30 minutes (if you are quick to get the DNS settings in place) to 2 hours if you need some help figuring something out. Though the installation service does not include management of your self-install, it does provide access to the Dashboard, which will allow you to add/remove plugins and do command line rebuilds for 6 months. During that time, if anything goes wrong, we will see that your server is back up and running as quickly as possible and that you understand what happened and how to keep it from happening again.
After the 6 months is over, you can purchase our Rebuilds When You Need them package for $300/year to continue access to the dashboard and best effort support should you have any problems.
